Delete your account

You can permanently delete your VoyaKin account and its data at any time, right inside the app. It only takes a minute.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open VoyaKin and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Can’t get into the app?

Email privacy@voyakin.io from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my VoyaKin account”. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete the account and let you know when it’s done. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and sign-in
  • Journeys, dream destinations and your travel map
  • Posts, stories, comments, questions and answers
  • Uploaded photos and videos (removed from our storage and video provider by a background process, usually within a day)
  • Language progress, saved phrases and AI practice history

What may remain

  • Anonymous partner-link click records, which never contained your account ID.
  • Limited records we must keep by law, or to handle open safety reports.
  • Data in encrypted backups for a short period until it’s overwritten.
  • Copies other people made, like screenshots or downloads, which are outside our control.

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.

Leaving the waitlist

Use the unsubscribe link in any VoyaKin email, or email privacy@voyakin.io and we’ll remove you.
